Hello!

So, I've been working and haven't been on the computer recently, that's the reason for my lack of posts.

Here's a breakdown of what's been going on:
I eat less than 500 calories a day, I've been doing that for about 2 weeks. I lost 4 pounds in those 2 weeks.
I don't feel hungry or anything. I currently weigh 141 lbs.
I got a vitamin for my hair, nails, and skin.
I've applied to Wawa for a job. I'm waiting to hear back.
My mom is pregnant.
I'm still single, but still talking to that guy.
That's it though!

  1. for two week you ate less than 500 calories a day and you only lost 4 pounds?!?! thats crazy! for the past week i have eaten less than 500 calories a day without working out and i have lost 7.8 pounds! i have eaten only of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and beans. i only drink water and tea. i dont eat meat, sweets, anything fatty or anything with to much dairy. thats weird you only lost 4 lbs...

    5. I'm really impressed by your determination. I wish I had it. I kind of feel disgusted with myself everyday and go back and forth from stress eating or eating when I'm distracted like my mother does. She is extremely overweight and I never want to reach that point. I don't feel hunger though. I just eat when my friends do because that seems like a normal time to eat.

  2. not weird - you must have had more to lose. once a persons metabolism slows due to already being underweight and frequent fasting, the plateaus are more frequent and weight loss slower. at an already tiny size, 500 cals a day is not creating rapid weight loss as it may in a bigger body - an undernourished body will cling to some calories no matter how small.

    1. wow thanks for saying that. it is so incredibly frustrating to feel you are working so hard, being so diligent with the restrictions and then feel like you're getting nowhere. I'm glad you pointed this out

    2. Yes, your body will fight back if it senses starvation - our bodies are hard wired to preserve life at all costs. Your body does not know that you want to lose xxx pounds - the brain does not share this; so all the body knows is its food supply is now much less (diet) or cut off (fasting); so it slows down to conserve its fat resources.

  7. Should think about the site owner...is she too sick, too thin to write in here? She is pregnant and scarily underweight...

    for people that follow her route...you want to be thin or to live your lives.
