    1. you should be eating at least 1000 calories/day. at least. if you are exercising you need more. i excercise and eat around 2800/day and am at a healthy weight of 137pds

I need to lose weight I weigh 230 lbs size 16/18 I'm tired of being so ugly again I weighed 190lbs was in size 10 i had lost weight my highest weight was 269lbs I weighed 200lbs when I found out I was pregnant I waited for a yr because Im breastfeeding what can I do now I jus would like to get to 190 lbs to start with its so hard I would love to be 150 half my weight now but I don't want it to take forever I need to see results has anyone on here ever been at 230 lbs n lost a lot of weight someone please give me motivation

    2. there is essential fat which serves for survival indeed ,and extra fat which is what the girl is obviously talking about giving you 230lb weight.google it. seriously :)

  6. I am in the same boat as the first comment. I am eating around 800 calories a day and working out 3 days a week. I've lost about 7 lbs this week. I'm quite short so I need less calories. My goal is about a ninety pound loss, so I can be around 110 or 120. Hopefully!
